**Job Description:**  

The Senior Manager – Content and Curriculum will lead the content design and teacher professional development initiatives for the SALT Project in Andhra Pradesh. This role involves strategic planning, designing high-quality training materials, managing a team, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of educational programs.  

**Key Responsibilities:**  

– Develop strategies to strengthen teacher professional development.  

– Design processes, rubrics, and checklists for content creation.  

– Oversee the design of training materials, scripts, storyboards, course outlines, and lesson plans.  

– Manage a team of 2-3 Managers and 4-8 Associates, focusing on deliverables and professional growth.  

– Engage with senior state leadership and submit timely donor reports.  

– Coordinate with vendors for content production and platform management.  

**Qualifications:**  

– Master’s degree in education/teacher development (MPhil/PhD preferred).  

– 7-10 years of experience leading large-scale training programs, preferably in government schools.  

– Proven expertise in instructional design, project management, and curriculum development.  

– Excellent communication skills in English and one regional language (working knowledge of Telugu is beneficial).  

– Belief in the potential of public education systems to drive equity and improve outcomes.  

**Compensation:**  

The compensation band offered is 9-10 lakh INR per annum CTC, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
