**Job Description: Project Lead – Room to Read**

**Location:** Jharkhand, India (Based in Ranchi)  

**Experience Required:** Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in large-scale education programs, preferably with government or NGO partnerships.

**Key Roles & Responsibilities:**

– Lead Quality Education initiatives under the State Project Management Unit (SPMU) for Jharkhand.

– Coordinate with state-level stakeholders, including government officials and external partners.

– Oversee curriculum development, training, research, governance, and district implementation.

– Advocate for FLN priorities and align activities with national and state education policies.

– Manage project monitoring, evaluation, and reporting, ensuring timely deliverables.

– Lead team supervision, performance evaluations, and professional development.

**Qualifications:**

– Master’s degree in Education, Public Policy, Social Sciences, or a related field.

– Proven experience in leading multi-disciplinary teams and managing complex programs.

– Strong project management, analytical, and communication skills.

– Familiarity with FLN Mission, NIPUN Bharat, and state education systems.
