**Job Description: Project Associate – Resource Mobilization & Partnership Development**

**Location:** Kohima, India

**Experience Required:**  

– Bachelor’s Degree with 3 years of relevant experience OR High School certificate with 6 years of relevant experience.  

**Key Responsibilities:**  

1. Support resource mobilization and partnership development for SDG initiatives in Nagaland.  

2. Engage stakeholders, including private sector entities, CSR initiatives, philanthropies, and government agencies.  

3. Identify funding opportunities and innovative approaches to support SDG priorities.  

4. Facilitate stakeholder engagement activities, meetings, and events.  

5. Assist in developing project proposals, concept notes, and background materials.  

6. Strengthen partnerships with government, private sector, and civil society organizations.  

**Qualifications:**  

– Fluency in English is required; fluency in Nagamese is desirable.  

– Experience in resource mobilization, partnership development, and stakeholder engagement.  

– Knowledge of SDG-related financing mechanisms and capacity-building for partners.  

This position is part of the UNDP India Country Programme (2023-2027) focusing on sustainable development and SDG achievement.
