**Job Description: Senior Project Lead – EdTech Scaling**

**Position Summary:**
The Senior Project Lead will oversee high-impact initiatives within CSF’s EdTech vertical, translating strategy into actionable work plans and leading project execution. The role involves managing a team, fostering stakeholder relationships, and driving evidence-based decision-making to revolutionize education in India.
**Key Responsibilities:**
– Translate the 2025-2028 EdTech strategy into executable work plans.
– Lead end-to-end project delivery, including scoping, design, implementation, and M&E.
– Manage a portfolio of projects across scale, evidence, and public goods.
– Collaborate with internal teams (M&E, Communications, Finance) to ensure project success.
– Generate hypotheses for new EdTech solutions and represent CSF at forums.
– Hire, coach, and manage Project Managers/Senior Project Managers.
**Qualifications:**
– Master’s degree in business, public policy, education, engineering, or a related field.
– At least 10 years of experience in programme management, consulting, or venture scaling, with 4+ years in people leadership.
– Proven track record in managing complex projects and delivering results on time and budget.
– Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
– Experience in EdTech/AI in low-income contexts is preferred.
