**Job Description: Field Coordinator, Learning Management Team – EAII Advisors (Evidence Action)**  

**Location:** Vizianagaram, Andhra Pradesh, India / NTR District, Andhra Pradesh, India  

**Position Type:** Temporary (6 months)  

 

**About the Company:**  

EAII Advisors is Evidence Action’s technical partner in India, supporting state governments in delivering evidence-based public health programs. These include safe drinking water initiatives and school and Anganwadi-based National Deworming Day and iron and folic acid supplementation. EAII Advisors operates across 10 states, providing technical assistance to various ministries to reduce health burdens and improve the well-being of children and families.

 

**Key Responsibilities:**  

– **Project Implementation (50%):**  

  – Oversee installation, operation, and maintenance of water treatment devices in designated regions.  

  – Conduct assessments of device installation processes, operational feasibility, and efficacy.  

  – Perform community engagement activities to promote acceptance of chlorinated water and devices.  

  – Support state and national team members with site eligibility identification, stakeholder engagement, and validation.

 

– **Project Learning (25%):**  

  – Capture and document lessons learned, challenges, and recommendations related to device performance and program implementation.  

  – Share daily status reports with the state team and provide final recommendations on device performance.

 

– **Project Scaling (25%):**  

  – Ensure proper functioning of designated devices and adherence to protocols.  

  – Represent Evidence Action in community engagements and address challenges at the local level.  

  – Support training and sensitization programs for government officials, stakeholders, and communities.

 

**Requirements:**  

– Bachelor’s Degree or higher with 2-5 years of experience in development sectors such as water, public health, sanitation, or hygiene (government/NGO preferred).  

– Excellent communication skills in Hindi/Telugu and English.  

– Detail-oriented, ability to prioritize tasks, and handle multiple responsibilities efficiently.  

– Valid driving license and access to a vehicle (2/4 Wheeler).  

– Understanding of local dialects is an advantage.  

 

**Note:** This role is based in Andhra Pradesh and is a fixed-term position for 6 months. Candidates should indicate their preferred working locations as part of the application.
