The foundation works closely with the Tamil Nadu School Education Department to implement large-scale quality improvement programs in government schools. **Key Programs:**
– **Ennum Ezhuthum Mission:** A Rs. 500 Cr mission aimed at universalizing foundational learning across Tamil Nadu’s 37,000 government schools.

– **Communities Enabling Foundational Learning (CEFL):** Empowers parents and communities to advocate for quality education.

**Role Overview:**
The Lead, People & Culture will oversee human capital management, team engagement, learning & development, and HR operations. The role involves designing organizational structures, addressing knowledge gaps, fostering relationships with employees, and implementing performance management systems.
**Key Responsibilities:**
– Review and improve organizational structure; address skill gaps.
– Liaise with teams on employee well-being, project updates, and planning.
– Build relationships to enhance operational efficiency and define new strategies.
– Manage team spaces for agility and cohesiveness.
– Lead L&D initiatives, including performance development plans and talent programs.
– Coach managers in communication and feedback.
– Supervise HR operations systems like payroll and HRIS.
– Design fair, transparent HR policies aligned with Madhi’s values.
**Requirements:**
– At least 5-8 years of relevant work experience in HR (managerial experience is an advantage).
– Experience in the education/development sector preferred.
– Degree in Human Resources Management or a related field from a reputed institution.
– Strong knowledge of MS Office, G Suite, Digital Survey Tools, and Data Visualization Tools.
**Salary:** 12 – 15 LPA
