**Job Description: Associate, Research and Operations**

**Position Summary:**
Reporting to the Manager, Research and Operations, the Associate will execute and enhance the Fellowship Selection model, ensuring the identification of exceptional candidates who can drive educational change. The role involves collaborating with teams to improve processes, monitor outcomes, and contribute to organizational priorities.
**Key Responsibilities (90%):**
– Execute and refine the Selection model, including reviewing applications and conducting assessments.
– Serve as a Point of Contact for internal and external selectors, ensuring consistent implementation of selection criteria.
– Monitor applicant experiences and adapt processes in dynamic environments.
– Conduct research and data analysis to strengthen the selection process.
– Design and implement experiments to enhance the model while maintaining applicant experience.
**Additional Responsibilities (10%):**
– Support team goals and organizational priorities beyond individual tasks.
– Advocate for Teach For India’s mission through internal and external communication.
**Qualifications:**
– Graduate in any field with 0-3 years of experience.
– Excellent English communication skills (written, verbal, interpersonal).
– Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
– Proficiency in research and data analysis.
– Organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable to meet project goals.
