**Job Description: Associate, Development (Fundraising)**

**Position Summary:**
The Associate, Development (Fundraising) will support the Development team in building strong donor relationships, creating high-quality engagement activities, and achieving operational excellence. This role requires exceptional communication skills, a proactive approach, and a deep commitment to our mission.
**Key Responsibilities:**
– **Donor Cultivation:** Work with managers to strengthen donor engagement through customized stewardship touchpoints, event planning, and employee volunteering programs.
– **Reporting:** Develop high-quality quarterly reports, analyze data, and draft compelling communications for donors.
– **Stakeholder Collaboration:** Partner with cities, finance, strategy, and impact teams to ensure accurate reporting and compliance.
– **Operational Excellence:** Maintain donor data in Salesforce, monitor fundraising efforts, and suggest strategic improvements.
– **Additional Duties:** Provide administrative support, collaborate on internal processes, and contribute to organizational goals beyond individual tasks.
**Qualifications:**
– **Minimum Requirements:** Graduate with 2+ years of full-time work experience, preferably in roles involving proposal writing and reporting. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, critical thinking, project management, and interpersonal abilities. Commitment to Teach For India’s mission, values, excellence, integrity, accountability, and drive.
– **Preferred Qualifications:** Experience in fundraising, CSR, NGO grants, or marketing. High sense of possibility and a proactive attitude.
