**Role Summary:**
ISDM seeks a seasoned professional to lead its admissions function. This mission-critical role requires a strategic thinker with hands-on execution skills to build a purpose-driven admissions ecosystem, attract high-quality applicants, and enhance the institution’s brand positioning.
**Key Responsibilities:**
– Define and implement strategic admissions direction aligned with ISDM’s goals.
– Build and scale a robust admissions process from first contact to onboarding.
– Oversee digital marketing campaigns, content strategy, and outreach efforts.
– Lead admissions policies, team management, and budgeting.
– Collaborate with academic and placement teams for seamless onboarding.
**Qualifications:**
– Master’s degree in Education, Communication, Marketing, or related field.
– Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in admissions, outreach, or sales, with at least 8 years in a managerial role.
– Proven track record in scaling admissions systems using digital tools.
– Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
– Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to thrive under pressure.
