CSRBOX is a social impact strategy practice and implementation organisation. We work with companies and philanthropic organisations for better CSR programme design, pre-project to post-project handholding and impact assessment, and embedding technology solutions for responding to problems at a scale. About the Position
Responsibilities
- Analysis of Client’s requirements
- Need assessment of the requirements of other Stakeholders, including but not restricted to State government & district administration, civil society and the community along with the team
- Decoding a potential client’s requirements for social impact and being able to translate that into a concept showcasing structured thinking and solution process
- Translating concepts into proposals for client-centric project needs on education, life-skills and virtual capacity building and awareness programs
- Designing tailor-made CSR projects after and obtaining comments & approval of Client and the key government stakeholders along with the team
- Assistance to select competent partner agency to implement the CSR projects
- Ensuring that the relevant funds for the CSR projects are obtained from the relevant stakeholder
- Ensure smooth project implementation and monitoring
- Planning and organizing the various knowledge management events, including design of the overall programme and its related content, identify partner for training, solicit participating, managing the programme and coordination of logistics and payment for the same along with the team
- Solving simple problems or parts of complex problems by having an understanding of the basic problem-solving framework
- Conducting research as required to arrive at the insights needed to solve the problem or to spot potential opportunities for social impact in education and allied areas
- To design content for capacity building workshops for non-profit partners, CSR foundations and other stakeholders
- Explore partnerships and collaborations with like-minded organisations, research institutions and tech-driven enterprises
- Go beyond own deliverables to support others in the team including the business development team or the other verticals wherever required
- Work smoothly with peers and managers and is able to receive constructive feedback well
- Keep an eye on the evolving CSR ecosystem and spot opportunities for collaborations and new lead generation
- Work with the top and mid-level leadership in building industry association partnerships
Mandatory Qualification and Experience:
- A post-graduate degree in Management / Social Science Stream / Rural Management / CA / CS
- Minimum 7 years of experience in the CSR Domain (CSR Domain Experience Means work related to Sec 135 of Companies Act) with a minimum of 3+ years of work experience in consulting, CSR project management in a corporate environment or in social enterprise
- Strong problem-solving skills, agility, and speed.
- Should have proven experience of working in complex projects involving multiple stakeholders, partners etc
- Ability to demonstrate ownership, and work in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment as part of a closely-knit team (showcasing patience, tenacity and grace under pressure)
- Should have experience in primary and secondary research
- Proficiency in concise communication, making presentations and data analysis
- Highly effective interpersonal skills
