Job Description :-
• Manpower Planning and Forecasting for all levels of the Organization Structure in consultation with head HR and Domain Leads.
• Maintain an updated record of job openings/requirements and Job Descriptions.
• Sourcing resumes from Job Portals, Placement Consultants, Internal Databank, Linked In etc. & managing the efforts of your subordinates towards the same.
• Short listing candidates based on pre-defined parameters.
• Coordination for technical & final round interviews with Domain Leads.
• Joining Formalities and Employee Orientation.
• Assisting Head HR in execution of the Performance Management Process including assistance during Performance Reviews, Evaluation & Appraisals.
• Training and Development – Implementing the training and development agenda undertake Training Need Identification/Assessment.
• Prepare and issue Training Calendar and organize training events.
