Regional Lead– Education and Outreach will be responsible for collaboration with colleges and other stakeholders to recruit exceptional candidates for our flagship program – Bhumi Fellowship.

The ideal person will be both thinker and doer. He/she will strategize and execute key partnerships, provide end-to-end support in receiving and shortlisting potential applications for Bhumi Fellowship.

Primary Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Responsible for connecting with 500 target colleges in South India for 10,000 qualified fellowship applications in a year
Connect and liaison with key stakeholders in colleges to promote the Bhumi Fellowship
Research and support in partnerships with colleges, volunteer orgs, corporates, media

Preferred Education Qualification / Experience:

Must Have :

3 to 4 years of Sales/BD/promotional Experience in education segment (mainly with colleges)
At-least direct connections with 200 colleges in South India
Willing to travel extensively
Excellent written and verbal communication skill: English & Tamil
Graduate/Post Graduate degree in any discipline

Good to have:

Volunteering experiences
Data analysis skills
Local candidates and immediate joiners will be given preference

Other Information:

Scope: Full time
Remuneration: Salary + incentives + perks+ travel allowance (salary will not be a constraint for the right candidate)
60% travel required within South India
Location: Chennai
Minimum commitment: Two years
