Job Opportunity for Partnerships & Platform Coordinator, The Youth Awareness Project (Future Perfect) at The Nudge Institute in Bengaluru

About The/Nudge:

The/Nudge is an action institute working towards a poverty-free India, within our lifetime. We partner with governments, markets, and civil society to build resilient livelihoods for all.  We are a collective of some of India’s best leaders and entrepreneurs from across the industry, academia, government, and development sectors, and our work is organized across three impact streams:

In joining the Future Perfect team at the CSDE vertical of The/Nudge Institute, you are joining a team charged with ensuring quality interventions for the underprivileged youth in the country. You will be primarily working on an exciting initiative at The/Nudge that aims to build and deliver high-quality English and employability content that is engaging and relevant for youth. 

We are looking for highly energetic, passionate, and high ownership early team members. The team is outcome-focused, committed to ensuring a quality education for youth, and excited about creating English learning interventions that drive positive behaviour and mindset change in adults. You will flourish on this team if you are: collaborative, able to handle pressure, results-driven, love to improve, and have fun while working hard continuously.  

At The/Nudge you will:

manage influencer collaborations

• identify local influencers /celebrities to partner with and professionally reaching out to them for collaborations
• coordinating with influencers/celebrities and negotiating with them
• organise and run campaigns with influencers on a regular basis, pertaining to the required niche
• work closely with content creators for influencer partnerships

platform coordination

• engage with the audience on comments and DMs
• work closely with admissions POC on potential leads
• scheduling / posting content on a daily basis
• identify upcoming trends, memes and pop culture in Tamil

Apply if you: 

• have a bachelor’s degree or above, in any discipline
• can speak, read and write in Tamil fluently and has a strong grasp of English (CEFR C1 or higher)
• can understand our Target Audience in-depth and strike a connect with them through our SM handles
• can navigate Instagram like a pro and have a basic knowledge of Instagram algorithm
• have a fair understanding of SEO, keywords and hashtags in the context of Social Media
• ability to work in a fast paced environment and adapt to quick changes
