We are looking for passionate teachers across grades and subject areas (Grades 1-12) who are open to learning, adapting, and implementing the school’s unique academic program. The school has crafted its own curriculum until Grade 6 (preparing children to excel in any board) and implements the CISCE program Grade 7 and upwards. A teacher’s role at Redbricks goes beyond just teaching, to planning, collaborating, reflecting and continuous learning. This position will directly report to Team leaders, Academic Coordinator and Principal of the school.

Desired Background:

• Qualifications: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in any field (preferably related to the teaching subject for Grade 7 and above)

• Teaching Experience: At least 2-3 years of teaching experience for teaching in grades 1-4 and at least 3-5 years of teaching experience for grades 5 & above

• Skills:

o Critical, creative, and reflective thinking skills

o Ability to comprehend and implement experiential teaching strategies

o Multi-tasking, planning, and organising skills

o Technological and documentation skills

o High Emotional Intelligence
