The Role Context: The faculty will be responsible for researching and providing subject matter expertise and conducting high-quality learning and training courses to achieve the goals of increasing awareness, knowledge and skills of government officials in digital transformation and how to use emerging technology for public policy. The faculty should in conjunction with the L&D motivate and encourage government officials to take up emerging technology projects and help with the same.
Skills & Experience:
- At least 15 years of experience of which at least 5 years are as a trainer or practitioner of digital transformation. She/he has experience in both in-person and online training for a senior audience. She/he has consistently achieved high feedback scores for the training conducted.
- Experience in training a senior audience in both online and in-person format, with consistently great feedback.
- Ability to work well with adult learners of all ages and backgrounds
- Ability to handle and engage a heterogeneous participant base with maturity
- Experience in digital transformation, preferably in the public/social sector
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- A strong interest in enhancing emerging technology literacy for policymakers and in the social sector
- Experience in creating content for the training
- Experience in using and creating content for Virtual Learning platforms, MOOCs
- Experience in building new case studies, use cases and assessments in emerging technology areas
- Creative skills to plan and deliver interesting lessons and lectures at the right level for learners
- At least a Bachelors’ degree
