Job Opportunity for Fundraising Associate at Cuddles Foundation in Mumbai

Organizational Overview

At Cuddles Foundation, our mission is to bring holistic nutritional support to every child fighting cancer in India. We work through partnerships with 30+ government and charitable hospitals across India that treat underprivileged children for cancer. Our Nutritionists, explicitly trained for Pediatric Cancer Nutrition, are placed in these government hospitals. They monitor the child’s progress, create diet plans and nutritional charts, counsel their parents and educate them in home-based nutrition. We provide children undergoing treatment with food, hot meals, nutritional supplements, and ration baskets as per their requirements so that the kids have the strength to fight cancer.

Responsibilities

• The Giving Table is a passionate and committed community of monthly donors to the Cuddles Foundation. You will manage this community and onboard new members through digital and offline campaigns.
• You will handle donor calls for onboarding and subsequent relationship building.
• You will be responsible for maintaining weekly MIS.
• You will share all necessary information with our finance team so they may generate accurate donation receipts.
• You will be responsible for checking the final receipts sent to donors on a timely basis.
• You will liaise with the online payment gateway for any incomplete donations or monthly donation related queries.
• You will work with organizations like the Give India and other donation aggregators to maximize the visibility on their platforms and the funding received from there.
• You will support the social media team in getting permission from donors to use their logos/names on our platforms.
• You will support various fundraising activities such as event organization support (invitation management, RSVP collation etc.), organizing hospital visits for donors and prospects, and handing over to the relevant team in case of escalations / additional data requirements / senior-level meetings.
• You will be responsible for building a network of volunteers/donors who start fundraisers for Cuddles on crowdfunding platforms

Must-haves

• You should have completed graduation.
• An incredible passion for our mission that invigorates and excites everyone with whom you share it with
• Strong verbal and written presentation skills with experience in developing and delivering sales pitches and written proposals
• A collaborative mindset and ability to work with teams cross-functionally to deepen and expand donor engagement
• Drive and sophistication, excited by the opportunity to help shape the future of the fundraising department and the organisation as a whole
• Highly developed interpersonal skills with the presence and personal style to represent the organisation to multiple constituents.
• MBA will be a added advantage
