Job Opportunity for MEAL Coordinator – i4We at Swasti in Bengaluru

Core function:  Will be responsible to help in the design and implementation of  Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) systems in collaboration with the i4We model leads and enabler leads, while helping the different teams with data collection and management. 

Support for designing of monitoring and evaluation systems:

• Support the i4We M&E lead in designing monitoring and evaluation systems to be implemented in each of the i4We locations
• Provide inputs to design technology solutions based on feedback received from the i4We leads and the field implementers

Implementation:

• Implement the designed format and mechanisms for Monitoring and Evaluation in each of the responsible locations
• Provide capacity building support to the end users (health facilitators, programme managers, nurse) to use these mechanisms

Data Management:

• Coordinate and assist the M&E data collection activities, including orientation and training of data collectors
• Assist in the preparation of data collection tools as required.
• Coordinate and assist in data processing; including data transfer, entry, verification and cleaning
• Assist in setting up and managing M&E database, including filing the information according to compliance protocols
• Coordinate internal communication and follow up M&E progress and results with the model leads, program managers and the field team
• Assist in the preparation and dissemination of reports and related materials to stakeholders as required
• Provide key actionable insights to the users at all levels of the programme
