About the Position

Responsibilities

• Research, identify and map potential Government agencies, NGOs, CSR Foundations, Academic institutes and Schools in line with education and skill development programs.
• Support and Lead partnerships with potential institutes for ground level implementation of skilling program and strengthen the base of skill development programs.
• Plan and Strategize the implementation plan of projects with top management of the institutes for time-bound adoption of the platform as per their needs and requirements.
• Work with EdTech organizations, other philanthropic / civil society organizations and researchers to manage implementation/evaluations for portfolio partners end-to-end, i.e. from design to execution and reporting phases
• External communication with client organization to enable and manage program implementation by on-boarding new learners and ensure end-to-end program execution and engagement.
• Create knowledge resources such as content for capacity building workshops, reports, etc. to stimulate effective program execution.
• Curate & Organize the capacity building sessions for school students, young adults, principals, teachers, professors and other relevant stakeholders on 21st century skills.
• Facilitate & Coordinate sessions, meetings, events, workshops, master classes, project-based learning camps and many other activities for school students & young adults.
• Monitoring & Tracking project details, data & records of all the stakeholders for better coordination and implementation

Mandatory Qualification and Experience:

• Graduate/ Post-graduate degree in any discipline with an understanding of the social/development sector in India.
• Domain expertise of education / skill development/ CS / IT sectors in India would be an added advantage.
• Prior experience of partnerships portfolio will be preferred.
• Designing Sessions, Public Speaking, Session Facilitation.
• Effective writing, communication and presentation skills
• Demonstrated ability to build & manage relationships with multiple stakeholders
• 1- 2 years of relevant work experience is desirable, with Masters/Volunteer experience.
