The Visual Designer for Muskaan Dreams will take care of the below-mentioned tasks on a daily basis-

a) Keep sharing creative ideas and enhance the visual representation of the brand through unique designs

b) Video editing skills are mandatory

c) Create graphics/thumbnails/ Gifs and illustrations majorly for social media.

d) Study design briefs and determine requirements.

e) Will be responsible for planning, coordinating & scheduling work in order to meet deadlines.

f) Communicating with relevant team stakeholders about content, layout and design placements.

g) Develop illustrations, mood boards, and brand collaterals like reports, proposals, website banners and campaigns on a need basis.

h) Follow brand guidelines and ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing

Requirements:

● Thorough knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (mainly Aftereffects, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and Photoshop), Microsoft Office, DropBox, and G Suite;

● Familiarity with best practices for graphics and video content on social media platforms (YouTube, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram);

● Excellent organizational skills, including the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines;

● Flexibility in working with new issues, topics, and approaches.

Must have skills and competencies:

● Hand on experience on Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, InDesign

Other Requirements: It will be preferred if the candidate has his/her own laptop for the proper execution of roles and responsibilities.

Compensation:
