About the Position 

Job Description:

Responsibilities:

• Support/in identification of potential strategy areas, developing proposals and undertaking meaningful research to support policymaking.
• Support secondary research for research projects and project implementation
• Assist/Help the Lead in data analysis for various projects and reports.
• Support/Lead outreach activities such as preparing discussion papers, brochures, writing online posts, etc. And organizing roundtables, workshops and other types of events.
• Participating in events, seminars, etc. related to the field of work
• Guiding and mentoring interns
• Participating actively in and contributing to the overall development of the organization 

Responsibilities 

Mandatory Qualification and Experience: 

Qualification:

• Any graduate/post-graduate with strong research and analytical skills
• 1-2 years of relevant experience is desirable
• Fresher’s with good writing skills can also apply.
• Good command on MS-Office Suite
• An understanding about development sector
• Enthusiasm and zeal towards learning more and grooming your skills.
