Job description:

We are looking for talented personnel to administer social media platforms of the Development Alternatives Group. The person would be responsible for creating original content, upload and manage posts, engage followers and increase outreach of the organization. (S)he is expected to be up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends. (S)he should have excellent communication skills and be able to spread the word creatively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all social media platforms of DA group
• Research, create, edit and share engaging content on daily basis
• Prepare the calendar in advance, in consultation with organization teams
• Monitor SEO and web traffic metrics
• Use analytics to assess progress of social media and ensure better outreach
• Support in other communication deliverables, as and when required 

Key competence/skills

• Excellent communication and writing skills
• Ability to deliver creative content
• Knowledge and understanding of Social Media Analytics
• Take initiative in identifying ways to ensure high visibility and reach
• Ability to use editing or design software will be an advantage
• Previous experience of working on social media analytics tools
• Experience of at least 2 years in writing and content development for different social media platforms in the development sector
