Professional Experience: A minimum of 5-6 years of post-qualification experience of which minimum1-2 years of experience should be in sustainable finance / climate finance. Involvement in the implementation or preparation of development of sustainable finance projects is preferred. A good understanding of the intersection of finance, sustainability and MSMEs in India is important. Experience in conducting dialogues, stakeholder consultations, expert interviews is desirable.
Desired Qualifications:
- Experience in literature review, secondary data collection/ analysis, technical report writing and presentation.
- Experience in building and maintaining partnerships with peer organisations and funders.
- Experience in networking with different organisations including government bodies, business, think tanks, CSOs, financial institutions etc.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and oral communication skills in Hindi.
- Good working knowledge of modern telecommunication systems, IT-know-how (MS-Office, Access or other database program).
Skills: Independent thinking, planning and designing research initiatives, in-depth understanding of policy environment, development and climate finance, proven editing presentation, analytical, written and verbal communication skills, especially in English and verbal communication skill in Hindi.
