The Programme
The fellowship programme at Development Alternatives has been designed to hone up the skills of young persons and give shape to their ideas about the social sector, before they launch themselves on a well-defined career choice. It is a one year long open ended programme commencing on the 01st of every month throughout the year, except in the months of February, March, April and May.
Type of Fellowships on Offer
Junior Fellows
- Students who have just completed their Bachelor’s Degree course from a recognised university.
Fellows
- Students who have Master’s Degree, Bachelor’s or above in Engineering & Architecture. Those with Professional experience of up to two years may also apply.

How To Apply
The candidates would need to fill in the details in the online application form two months before they want to join the programme, specifying the month they would like to join in.
Selection Process
Fellows will be selected by a designated panel drawn out of senior staff members of the organization. Selected candidates will be informed in person / through email or letter. The fellowship will commence from 01 st of the following month.
