Job Description:
The Knowledge Management Unit of Development Alternatives consolidates and capitalises knowledge assets which lead to corporate growth and enhanced efficiency and quality of knowledge resources.
- Conducting research, content development, and developing knowledge and communication products.
- Work on collating News/ Research articles, writing abstracts, and production of News headlines and weekly reads.
- Delivering communication trainings & presentations.
- Documentation support to the project proposals/ awards etc.
- Archived organisation’s knowledge assets/ maintain comprehensive digital and printed material in an e-library.
- Developing SOPs for streamlining processes pertaining to these roles.
- Build and Maintain knowledge assets such as publications, photos, and videos.
- Any other knowledge management work assigned by the Management from time to time.
