The Opportunity

We are looking to hire an Assistant Manager/ Manager in the operations vertical. As the leadership of the vertical.

Locations : – Bihar, Delhi, Madhya Pradesh, Uttar Pradesh, Odisha, Chhattisgarh, Karnataka, Maharashtra

You will

– Leading ground operations within the state for assigned locations and be responsible for the successful delivery of the projects
– Client/ Partner liasoning and communication, Lead and drive the execution plan across project locations in the state to meet the targets, aligned to the project and partner organizations
– Team monitoring for ensuring reach of desired outcomes and effective delivery mechanism
– Team building – team capacity building and mentoring. Building a pool of resource talent for managing projects and meeting key deliverables aligned to organizational goals and vision
– Be solution-driven for quick resolve and effective execution
– Support builds innovative and sustainable revenue and operational models to push the organization growth trajectory
– Striking the right chord with the stakeholders to reach the target customer

You should

– Graduate or masters in any discipline (masters would be preferred)
– 5 to 12 years relevant experience
– Excellent communication skills & proficiency in reading and writing in the regional language and English
– Readiness to travel extensively within the district and need-based to other cities. Willingness and ability to travel to remote rural areas in the State
– Being Tech-savvy in using computers, smart phone, any form of virtual communication, etc. is a must.
– Skilled in people interaction
– Empathy and willingness towards resolving people’s concerns.
– Immediate Joiners will be Preferred.
