The Opportunity

We are looking to hire Senior Managers in the Operations Vertical (Immediate Joiners will  be Preferred) 

Locations :  Delhi, Pune/ Mumbai, Bangalore/Hyderabad 

You will  

• Lead ground operations: Build a comprehensive roadmap with critical milestones for performance and  growth with key checkpoints marked on quality and quantity 
• Manage Client/ Partner liasion and communication
• Lead and drive the execution plan across project  locations to meet the targets, aligned to project and partner milestones 
• Monitor teams  for ensuring reach of desired outcomes and effective delivery mechanism 
• Build teams: Build a resource pool & ensure quality training in alignment with the organizational goals  
• Support business development: Work towards innovative and sustainable operational models to push the  organization’s growth trajectory 
• Collaborate with the Ground Stakeholders to meet operational outcomes 

You should be / have 

• 8 to 10 years relevant experience with Masters in any discipline 
• Excellent communication skills in English and proficiency in the State language 
• Ready to travel extensively – particularly to the remote areas in the assigned States 
• Tech-skilled in data management, projections and presentations  
• Experience in resource management with an analytical bent of mind 
• Skilled in people interaction; Empathy and willingness towards resolving people’s concerns
