Roles and Responsibilities: 

  • Supporting the wider HR Team
  • Creating Presentations and HR documentation 
  • Supporting front end activities like onboarding , induction with employees
  • Handling Office Administration related activities  – documenting and filing
  • Various back office duties and paperwork

Skills, Experience and Mindsets :

  • Recent graduate or any graduate interested in pursuing a career in HR for the development sector
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills
  • Interest in development sector is a plus
  • Ability to work with multiple teams and manage specific asks and requirement
  • Open to learning 
  • Able to deal with ambiguity 
  • High ownership of responsibilities
