NEN Think Startup Series is a series of live interactive online sessions that help students and professionals understand the entrepreneurial journey and the basic business concepts applied in creating a new venture. It provides an overview of entrepreneurship, its core concepts and key frameworks to those interested in building aspirations and advancing their entrepreneurial journey.
As part of the Partner Success Management team, you will be required to support the development of the key ecosystem partners in the context of the workshop series. The key partners in the ecosystem are young entrepreneurs, E-Cells, IICs (AICTE), expert speakers for NEN Think Startup Workshop series.
Key Responsibilities:
· Understanding the Workshop Objectives, key partners required and ecosystem dynamics.
· Identifying required partners (young entrepreneurs, E-Cells, IICs (AICTE), expert speakers) to create a database for the same and develop framework to filter partners basis different use cases for workshop series.
· Developing a process and implement system to
o To manage database and reach out to partners for onboarding
o To smoothly conduct the workshops and manage beneficiaries (workshop participants)
· Managing first level communication with the selected partners to onboard them
· Creating partner ecosystem engagement activities
· Consolidating partner and workshop series information into actionable items, reports and presentations
Skills & Experience:
· Preferably a BE/MBA fresher with problem solving, good research, database handling and analytical skills
· Should be creative, out of the box thinker
· Require very high ability to drive things to completion and ability to influence and collaborate with various functions
· Proficient in Microsoft Office and should be very good in Excel and PowerPoint
· Effective Written and Verbal communication skills
· Strong team player and willing to coach others
· Attention to detail
· Ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines
