HR and Placement Intern:
Position: HR and Placement Intern ( 2 Interns)
Duration: 1- 3 Months ( extendable on satisfactory performance)
Role and Responsibilities:
– Assist the HR team in recruitment and selection processes.
– Help with onboarding new employees, including paperwork and orientation.
– Support in organizing training and development programs.
– Assist in maintaining employee records and databases.
– Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
– Help with employee engagement initiatives and events.
– Assist with placement and alumni events
Qualifications:
– Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
– Organized and detail-oriented
– Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
– Ability to maintain confidentiality.
– Eagerness to learn and adapt
