Wadhwani AI is a nonprofit institute building and deploying applied AI solutions to solve critical issues in public health, agriculture, education, and urban development in underserved communities in the global south. We collaborate with governments, social sector organizations, academic and research institutions, and domain experts to identify real-world problems, and develop practical AI solutions to tackle these issues with the aim of making a substantial positive impact.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITY

  • Actively source candidates for different roles and take responsibility for managing the full recruitment life cycle.
  • Create recruitment reports, headcount reports, and hiring tracker which can be presented to the leadership.
  • Assist in HR Operations – Draft and send various HR letters and employee documents from time to time. Track and update the documents in relevant folders.

QUALIFICATION

A Bachelors or Masters graduate in a relevant field or with a keen interest in pursuing a career in HR, demonstrating strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a basic understanding of human resources principles.
