Internship Opportunity – Intern – Operations & CRM at Udhyam Learning Foundation in Kochi

Role Overview

We are looking for individuals to be working closely with our stakeholders (Industrial Training Institutes, Group Instructors and Students) and Udhyam Learning Foundations Internal operations team. This role of Intern will essentially focus on Program Management, Training, Field observations among other roles.

Scope of Work

• Conducting field observations and meticulously using Udhyam Monitoring & Evaluation tools to gather field insights and realities.
• Assisting in overall program management at institutional, district and state level.
• Taking roles in training and development of EmployabilitySkill Instructors by active involvement in Learning Circles as directed by the Udhyam Kerala operations team
• Data entry tasks.
• Attending periodic operational & cross team calls and to update progress and problem solve.

Requirements

• Graduate in any Discipline
• Should be interested in Field work, Curriculum, Pedagogy and Research
• Should be willing to travel within Kerala and Outside Kerala when required.
