Role and Responsibilities:
- Oversees the efficient and effective day-to-day operation and delivery of the programmes including effective delivery of the sessions by trainers, assessments, impact evaluation, volunteer mobilisation, communication, budgeting & finance.
- Continuously monitor the effectiveness of the programmes, rigorously evaluate, and suggest areas of improvements.
- Build structures, systems to support the execution of the programmes in the best possible manner with a focus on continuous learning, improvement, and rapid growth.
- Collaborate with Academic Institutions, NGOs, corporates, funders, government & the community to increase the reach and impact of the programmes
- Track, follow up and report on the timely implementation of the goals for the project. Make regular field visits for periodic assessment of the overall program
- Prepare and present regular reports to senior management on progress, challenges, and outcomes of mobilisation.
- Ensure logistical aspects of the programme is managed effectively.
Educational Qualification/Experience:
- Educational Degree : Any degree
- Relevant Experience(in years) : Minimum 5 years of experience in the social sector.
- experience Prior in project management and leading teams is mandatory.
- Skilling Sector background is mandatory.
- Any Graduate.
Knowledge & Skill sets required:
- Strong leadership development and team building capabilities
- Ability to drive outcome-oriented plans through the team’s collective effort
- Good influencing skills , people engagement, networking and listening skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Highly resourceful team-player, who is self-driven with high ownership
