Job Details/ Criteria
Basic Functions/ Job Responsibility:
Develop the learner acquisition & adoption strategy for Social/Development sector
Bulk onboarding of users from organizations focused on social, development, D&I , women in tech or CSR.
Achieve onboarding, badging, course completion & certification target.
Develop strategic alliances and own relationships with various stakeholders in the states allocated:
o a) Government – State and/or Central
o b) Educational Institutes – Universities/Colleges
o c) Training Partners – Funded and Non-Funded courses
Drive adoption of Qualification and FutureSkills PRIME (signup, content (free/paid), certification etc) – in the regions allocated:
o Academia, including OEM course and with credit equivalence.
o State skill missions
o TP ecosystem
o ePBL – Experiential Project Based Learning
o BPM
o And other fee-based avenues.
Drive master trainer and trainer under skills at scale from academia, TP etc ecosystem in states & UT allocated.
Ensure finance target achievement.
Periodically provide updates on target vs achievement and drive risk mitigation measures.
Knowledge, Skills, Qualifications, Experience:
Masters in Social Sciences/ Humanities with 10-15 years of experience in the development sector
Experience working with senior leaders, founders of organizations with ability to influence and showcase value
Understanding of emerging technologies with ability to converse on these topics
Take ownership and drive desired outcome.
Ability to set goals, set up review cadence and achieving agreed outcomes
Ability to manage different stakeholders
Impeccable written and spoken communication
Ability to deal with ambiguity and navigate through complex situations
