Basic Functions/ Job Responsibility
- Creating development plans and forecasting sales targets and growth projections.
- Liaising with colleagues to develop sales and marketing strategies.
- Preparing sales presentations and participating in sales meetings.
- Developing a business development strategy focused on financial gain.
- Identifying market opportunities through meetings, networking, and other channels.
- Arranging business development meetings with prospective clients.
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
- Producing reports for internal discussion
- Knowledge, Skills, Qualifications, Experience
- An MBA with minimum 5-7 years of work experience in business development
- A drive to seek new clients/accounts especially from Digital Next companies (non-IT Companies)
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Good at taking Initiatives and making decisions
- Strategic and analytical thinking skills
- Ability to write reports
- Market knowledge
- Ability to build rapport
- Time management and planning skils
