Basic Functions/ Job Responsibility

  • Creating development plans and forecasting sales targets and growth projections.
  • Liaising with colleagues to develop sales and marketing strategies.
  • Preparing sales presentations and participating in sales meetings.
  • Developing a business development strategy focused on financial gain.
  • Identifying market opportunities through meetings, networking, and other channels.
  • Arranging business development meetings with prospective clients.
  • Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Producing reports for internal discussion
  • Knowledge, Skills, Qualifications, Experience
  • An MBA with minimum 5-7 years of work experience in business development
  • A drive to seek new clients/accounts especially from Digital Next companies (non-IT Companies)
  • Strong verbal and written communication
  • Good at taking Initiatives and making decisions
  • Strategic and analytical thinking skills
  • Ability to write reports
  • Market knowledge
  • Ability to build rapport
  • Time management and planning skils
