About the Position 

Responsibilities

The Field Coordinator-Livelihoods will be an integral part of our ongoing livelihood project partnerships with a few large companies under CSR ambit. The incumbent will be primarily responsible for carrying out mobilization activities and providing handholding support to women entrepreneurs. The more specific information of the role is outlined as below:

a. Onboarding of women entrepreneurs to meet the project onboarding targets

b. Mobilizing entrepreneurs to participate in training programs and promote adoption of training practices by them

c. Co-ordinate monthly and weekly training plans developed by Project Co-ordinator in alignment to project timelines

d. Help Project Co-ordinator in doing quality documentation of project activities, outcomes and learnings through case studies, periodic progress reports, etc. 

g. Refining business plans of women entrepreneurs

h. Visit entrepreneurs on regular basis across all clusters to assess and monitor their performance

i. Liasioning with various local stakeholders (wholesalers, retailers, e-commerce platforms, local administration) for implementation of the program

k. Any other task as assigned by Project 

Mandatory Qualification and Experience:

• A minimum of one-year working experience in community mobilization activities preferably in livelihood projects
• Demonstrate interest or knowledge in areas related to women entrepreneurship, business plan development, enterprise setup, etc.
• Ability to demonstrate ownership, and work in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment as part of a closely-knit team (showcasing patience, tenacity, and grace under pressure)
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Graduate/Post-Graduate degree from any recognized university preferably in Development Studies/Social Work/Management/Livelihoods Promotion/ Entrepreneurship/Management
