Basic Position Details: The school believes in constant innovation and strives to establish high quality curriculum, processes, and systems across academic and school management areas. We are looking for academic and research associates who are passionate about academic research and about driving its implementation, to change the world through the power of education. This position is highly dynamic which involves working across different projects spanning teaching improvement, curriculum development, teacher and parent education, student engagement, holistic education, technology in education, school management, and so on.
This position will directly report to the academic leadership team of the school which may involve the Academic Coordinator, School Principal, and the School Founder.
Desired Background:
• Qualifications: Master’s Degree in any field (preferably Education/ Development)
• Teaching Experience: Freshers may apply (Few years of experience working in any academic set-up is an advantage)
• Skills:
o Academic and research-oriented thinking
o Creative thinking and innovation skills
o Technological skills
o Strong curriculum development and documentation skills
o High Emotional Intelligence
