Role and Responsibilities
- Orienting customers/schools on EI offerings.
- Ensuring the effective usage of EI programmes in schools.
- Feedback analysis and improvement
- Conducting reviews and sessions in the assigned schools.
- Coordinating between different departments and customers.
- Resolving customer issues through interventions.
- Retention of assigned schools.
Skillset
Must have
- Should have Training (teachers) experience of at least 5 years with a proven record.
- Extensive experience of travel and knowledge of the region would be a distinct advantage
- Must have some Educational Training Background.
- Willing to work the in the field and open to travel.
Education
- Strong educational background of teaching (Teachers training/B.Ed, etc)
Experience
- Should have Training (teachers) experience of at least 5 years with a proven record.
