Job Opportunity for Academic Lead (School of Programming) at Navgurukul in Pune

💡 You would be leading the entire curriculum design, implementation and review of 1 year course of Programming. The role would require you to understand the academic processes in the campus and hence demands the candidate to stay in different campuses for 8 months over one year.

What we’re looking for

Looking for a passionate hustler with a lot or zero experience with following priorities:

• who has the desire to design and develop content and curriculum in Programming
• is interested to work in coordination with different teams & take critical decisions
• who can design and deploy processes and systems to strengthen learning outcomes

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Oversee Curriculum Plan, design and development of Road Maps, Learning Aids, Audio-Visuals and other Teaching Aids for our programming residential program
• Perform an academic audit to ensure quality in classroom delivery, monthly/quarterly/half-yearly/Annual reviews, classroom observation of teaching faculty members
• Identify the training needs related to pedagogy, software & programming skills, etc and organize workshops/ development sessions with staff & students
• Coordinate & manage academic activities across all the campuses to ensure the quality delivery of program
• Coordinate and manage team at different campuses to ensure the quality delivery of learning outcomes of 1 year programming course.
