Job Profile:

  • Data Entry in ERP
  • Proper maintenance of voucher files and other accounts related documents such as MOU and other contracts.
  • Prepare bank reconciliation statement on monthly basis.
  • Reconciliation of Grant account and Inter unit accounts.
  • Visit to cluster offices for physical verification of Stock and other accounts.
  • Assist in completion of donor audits.
  • Payment of Professional Tax
  • Daily Cash Verification
  • Review and track all payments to vendor, staff etc. to ensure accuracy and proper booking of project expenses in accounting software.
  • Review and track the bank balances.
  • Tracking staff advances.
