**Job Title:** Accounts Associate
**Location:** Navi Mumbai
**Salary Range:** INR 336,000 – 420,000 (Annual)

**Responsibilities:**
– Handle accounting transactions including accounts payable, receivable, receipts, and bank reconciliations.
– Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings.
– Review and update financial vouchers for schools and the central office.
– Manage bank payments through cheques and online transactions.
– Handle reimbursements, petty cash, and utilize Tally software for finance records.
– Compute and manage statutory dues such as PF, PT, and TDS.
– Assist with payroll management and document donations accurately.
– Conduct financial audits of schools, including petty cash and billing.
– Compile financial records for audits and prepare audit documentation.
– Coordinate tasks with banks, vendors, and external partners.
**Prerequisites:**
– Bachelor’s degree in Commerce or a related field.
– At least two years of professional experience in Accounts and Finance.
– Proficiency in accounting software (preferably Tally) and advanced MS Excel skills.
– Familiarity with Income Tax regulations and labor laws (PF, PT, ESIC).
**Compensation:**
The salary range is INR 336,000 – 420,000 (CTC), inclusive of benefits such as PF, gratuity, medical insurance (up to INR 3 lakh PA), paid leaves, annual increments, and promotion opportunities.
