What we’re looking for

We are looking for an extremely smart, results-oriented Ad campaign Associate to come to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for conceiving, planning and executing best in class website marketing strategies and driving the online paid (Google Adwords, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram) marketing channel.

The candidate will propose, plan and execute new campaigns and regularly fine-tune existing ones with minimal oversight to achieve project goals.

Responsibilities

• Execute and manage our entire paid marketing portfolio on Google (PPC, DSA, YouTube, Discovery, Performance Max etc), Facebook, LinkedIn and other platforms.
• Analyze and optimize pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns.
• Provide recommendations and execute strategies for keyword opportunities, campaign structuring, targeting, display network, in accordance with organization goals.
• Develop PPC strategies to increase online visibility
• Creating, maintaining, and optimizing paid campaigns through Google, and paid social platforms.
• Manage budget And make best strategies for effective bidding to make maximum ROI.
• Perform A/B testing by creating different ad copies with different headlines.
• Review, analyze and optimize landing pages according to the campaign performance
• Regularly perform keyword research and competitor analysis to add/remove campaign keywords
• Grow engagement through paid campaigns across key social media platforms.
• Monitor analytics to make recommendations to improve engagement.
• Identify and report issues found, then verify that issues are resolved
• Perform regression testing

Skills

• Understanding of PPC Marketing and tools (research + campaign execution)
• Strong bias for action and ability to prioritize projects
• Possess an understanding of the differences between B2B and B2C marketing
• Be open to receiving constructive feedback and turning it into process improvements
