**Job Summary:**

 

Bright Future is seeking a highly organized and experienced Administration, Infrastructure, Procurement, and Setup Manager to oversee the efficient and effective operation of our administrative functions, infrastructure, procurement processes, and new infrastructure setups.  This role requires a dynamic individual with strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, and a willingness to travel frequently.

 

**Key Responsibilities:**

 

* **Administration and Operations:** Develop, implement, and maintain efficient administrative systems and procedures; supervise daily office operations; monitor administrative budgets and identify cost-saving opportunities.

* **Infrastructure Management:** Oversee maintenance, repair, and optimization of office facilities and infrastructure; ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements; collaborate with external vendors for facility management.

* **Procurement:** Plan and execute procurement strategies; identify and negotiate with vendors to secure cost-effective and high-quality supplies; maintain accurate records of procurement activities and contracts.

* **Infrastructure Setup:** Lead the planning and execution of infrastructure setup for new offices, facilities, or projects; coordinate with internal teams and external vendors; monitor project progress and address challenges.

* **Travel Coordination:** Regularly visit various company centers and offices to oversee operations, provide on-site support, and ensure adherence to organizational standards.

 

**Skills and Qualifications:**

 

* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

* 5+ years of proven experience in administration, procurement, or infrastructure management.

* Strong project management and organizational skills.

* Excellent negotiation and vendor management abilities.

* Proficiency in MS Office Suite and familiarity with procurement or project management software.

* Willingness to travel frequently.
