SUMMARY
Wadhwani AI is hiring for the position of Administrative Assistant/Associate based out of Delhi. The position will provide assistance as per the below-mentioned responsibilities.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide all administrative and logistic support to the team to ensure the timely completion of activities.
- Coordinate and communicate with travel agents for international and domestic travel.
- Coordinate for boarding and lodging of staff.
- Manage taxi vendors and assist in arranging vehicles for staff.
- Reviewing vendor invoices and bills prior to submitting them to supervisor/finance.
- To work in close coordination with Finance team for providing documentation and other assistance on vendor bills-related queries.
- Provide assistance and liaise with building landlord staff for the day-to-day upkeep of the building.
- Support coordination for workshops/meetings and manage registrations at the time of events and workshops.
- Manage conference room availability, reservation for different departments’ meetings, upkeep
of the conference rooms, and coordinate supplies during the conference and other related
arrangements. - Ensuring timely replenishment of the first aid box.
- Monitor the management of stock registers of the pantry, housekeeping, and stationery.
- Coordinate for periodical pest control and office sanitization.
- Coordinate on day to day basis with housekeeping and security staff ensuring adequate
manpower in the office. - Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor.
REQUIREMENTS
- Proficient in administrative management skills.
- Flexible, proactive, polite, and humble.
- Ability to multi-task and work in a multicultural team.
- Ability to handle a variety of assignments under the pressure of deadlines.
- Strong written and oral communication skills in English and Hindi.
QUALIFICATIONS/KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor with 3-5 years of experience in administration preferably with an International NGO or other similar agencies.
- Experience in managing travel support.
- Experience in developing internal processes and filing systems
- Computer competency in MS Office
