Overview of our journey in Pune

iTeach Schools runs free and high-impact secondary schools and a college-to-career program for the most disadvantaged students of Pune and PCMC. Like many Indian cities, both of these public education systems only go up to Grade VII, leading to the poorest students being unable to finish their schooling. In 2023, with a staff of 250 members across nine schools, we will serve 2800 students and 2000+ alumni – giving students a fighting chance at college, career, and citizenship.

Responsibilities:

A- School Management

● Housekeeping Management

● School Facility – Repairs & Maintenance

● Inventory Management – managing the school assets and materials

B- School Data Management and Updating

● Attendance Tracking Staff and Students

● Student Details and Staff Database

● Government Data work like GR, LC, Bonafide, SARAL, UDISE

● Procurement of goods/services

● Photocopying/Printing and School Stationery Work

● Petty Cash Management

● Managing School Events and coordinate with Vendors, Shopkeepers

C- Front Office Management

● Managing people who come to meet Principals, teachers, and students

● Coordinate regularly with Central Office for work

Qualifications and Skills:

● Educational Qualification: Any Graduate.

● Computer Knowledge: Able to work on MS Office/Emails/ Google-based apps like Drive, Google sheets, etc.

● Must be able to write and type in Hindi & Marathi and understand English

Salary: Salary is decided based on the candidate’s education and work experience. Our usual compensation for this role lies between 26k-30k CTC per month. We also take pride in providing the best of industry benefits such as PF, Gratuity, Medical Insurance etc.
