## Administrative Associate
**iTeach Schools** is a non-profit organization dedicated to providing high-quality education to underprivileged students in India. We run 12 free and high-impact secondary schools and a college-to-career program for the most disadvantaged students in Pune and Navi Mumbai.
**Job Location:** SB Road, Pune
**Experience Required:** Minimum 1 year of Administration Work experience working in Offices, Schools or Hospitals.
**Responsibilities:**
* **Office Management:**
* Inventory Management: Managing assets and materials for staff.
* Coordination with Central Office.
* Procurement of goods/services.
* Photocopying/Printing and Stationery work.
* **Data Management and Updating:**
* Maintaining student and staff database.
* Managing Admissions of Student Alumni in College to Career Programme.
* Petty Cash Management: Handling team expenses.
* Managing Events and coordinating with Vendors and Shopkeepers.
* Email id and Password Management.
* Arranging devices for Students.
* Data Hygiene Check.
* **Document Verification:**
* Verifying and providing feedback on students’ caste or other admissions related documents.
* Generating document readiness reports for students (verified, stuck or in progress).
**Qualifications and Skills:**
* Graduation (any stream).
* Minimum 1 year of Administration Work experience working in Offices, Schools or Hospitals.
* Computer Knowledge: Able to work on MS Office/Emails/ Google based apps like Drive, Sheets etc.
* Must be able to write and type in Hindi & Marathi and understand English.
**Compensation and Benefits:**
