**Key Responsibilities:**
– **Business Planning:** Develop and implement detailed input and output business plans for Farmer Producer Companies (FPCs), ensuring timely execution.
– **Marketing Strategy:** Ensure FPCs achieve a minimum of 70% member engagement through supply activities and maintain statutory compliance.
– **Team Leadership & Training:** Train field workers on quality assessment, procurement, and storage processes. Lead orientation sessions to enhance their contribution to the output business.
– **Market Analysis:** Conduct seasonal assessments to identify commodities, quantities, and qualities for marketing. Establish linkages with buyers, including institutional ones, to secure remunerative prices.
– **Logistics & Procurement:** Prepare procurement plans, establish centers with necessary infrastructure, and facilitate timely delivery of inputs to FPCs and members.
– **Financial Management:** Manage business growth, monitor buyer demand, ensure fund planning and sanctions from the Board of Directors (BOD). Track sales realization and maintain profitability.
– **Compliance & Reporting:** Ensure FPC compliance with statutory requirements. Prepare and submit MIS reports for monitoring progress.
– **Capacity Building:** Conduct capacity-building sessions for team members and FPCs on input and output marketing strategies.

**Qualifications & Competencies:**
– Education: B.Sc. (Agri) or MBA in Marketing.
– Experience: 3 to 5 years in agri supply chain within an FPC or NGO.
– Skills:
– Strong computer skills, including PPT preparation and report writing.
– Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Gujarati.
– Ability to work in teams, handle ambiguity, and lead with situational authority.
– Problem-solving, creativity, and versatility.
– Commitment to improving farmers’ lives and a strong work ethic.
