Job Role:

The ideal candidate will have experience in all areas related to Payroll processing remitting payroll taxes and government reporting as well as preparing monthly, quarterly and year-end payroll statements.

Roles and Responsibilities

1 Payroll Management:

– Administering Pan India Payroll for headcount of 6000+ associates which includes the assigned entities.

– Responsible for full and final settlement processing for resigned employees

– Administer certain time bound processes and ensure validation of data to be accurate and timely i.e. Investments declaration, Form 16s, Tax Returns etc.

– Ensuring timelines are met for salary disbursement and statutory compliance

– Ensure timely uploading of bank files of all assigned entities in the Bank portal. Salary disbursement on last day of the month.

2 Leave & Attendance:

– Ensure all leave balances are accurate and timely updated in the system

– Perform monthly leave reconciliation and ensure 100% accuracy in data

– Yearly actuarial valuation of leave

3. MIS Reporting & Analysis:

– Monthly headcount & Cost Analysis report & other ad-hoc reports

– Regulatory and Compliance dashboard

– Providing monthly provision entries like leave, gratuity, vendor payment etc

4, Statutory Compliance:

– Monthly/ Quarterly/ Half/ Annual remittance & submission under various act PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, CLRA, shops & Establishment, Bonus etc.

– Payment of Bonus & returns submission

– Administer end to end retiral benefits management Gratuity, Superannuation, Provident Fund & Pension, where applicable.

5. Regulatory Returns:

– Ensure all statutory and compliance returns related to applicable Labour regulations are filed within

stipulated timelines.

– Partner with Payroll/Compliance vendor and ensure that regulatory payments are deposited on time and the

challans are in place. Ensure PF & ESIC challans and related information is shared with HRBPs for specific project requirements as per timelines

Experince : 3 to 7 yrs in payroll processing.
