Job Description

This is a remote position.

Role:

The Implementation team is part of Delivery and is responsible for the configuration and customization of Give’s product offerings to solution for the various use cases of Give’s clients. The role of the Analyst Implementation is to drive these client conversations, requirements gathering and product rollout for the given set of clients.

Responsibilities:

Functional Responsibilities –

  • Oversee adherence to Give guidelines and efficient product/ dashboard delivery to the CSR clients.
  • Innovate and configure Dashboard layouts and Platform deployment.
  • Identify Metrics, Design, Build & develop dashboards, and performance metrics support.
  • Prepare design for the workflow and prepare SQL fragments and store procedures and perform integrated and functionality tests on the implementation processes.
  • Design, create, and implement database systems based on the end user’s requirements.
  • Develop and maintain user manuals, guidelines, and update BRD.
  • Organise Kick -Off Call for new project onboarding with the existing clients.
  • Discuss and Finalise the Metrics & Tasks with Client/Partner.
  • Conduct post implementation meeting and handover to PPSP/Support Team.
  • Ensure seamless collaboration between the clients and implementing partners.
  • Observe and incorporate feedback from multiple client implementations to enhance adoption.
  • Aid in developing mechanisms to reduce deployment effort requirement, turn-around-time (TAT).

Cross Functional Collaboration –

  • Collaborate with Business Engagement Team to understand and improve client experience and provide feedback on better expectation management.
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to enhance client experience and improve the product and contribute to the product roadmap.
  • Collaborate with platform success team to ensure proper handover of the implemented solution and deliver client success

Increasing Operational Efficiency –

  • Improve the product implementation process through ongoing learning. Innovate and design better layouts or processes to increase the time and cost efficiency of platform deployment.
  • Work with the team to build the processes and frameworks. Ensure clear capturing of different implementation scenarios and nuances that are relevant for efficient, scalable, and re-usable deployment solutions, with proper documentation.

Requirements:

  • 1-5 years’ experience in consulting experience or similar role.
  • Bachelor’s degree. B. Eng. / BE with CSE is a plus.
  • SQL Programming is mandatory.
  • Exposure or Knowledge of Data Visualisation, Dashboard creation, Data Analysis.
  • Understanding or willingness to learn CSR domain will be a must.
  • Ability to create frameworks and guidelines to ensure implementation excellence. Perform research, analysis, and evaluation to increase efficiency in TAT and scalability of deployment.
  • Possesses stakeholder management, analytical skills, client influencing, relationship building skills.
  • Works willingly and effectively with others in and across the organization to accomplish team goals.
  • Excellent presentation, communication skills and knowledge of Excel.
