Position Summary
The Animator position in the PraDigi-Graphics and Animation Team offers young, interested, and energetic people a unique opportunity to be an integral part of Pratham’s digital work across the country.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop high-quality video resources for different teams based on emerging requirements and strategies keeping in mind the context and content.
- Edit animations and finalize animations based on rough drafts.
- Work in collaboration with other members, both within the team as well as in other teams.
- Accept and work with feedback to create on-brand deliverables at every stage of work.
Required Qualifications: - Minimum 1-3 years prior work experience in a similar role in private sector firms, NGOs, or foundations.
- Strong visualization and design sense.
- Knowledge of color, layouts, animation fundamentals, special effects, and typography.
- Proficiency in relevant video creation and animation software ( PowerPoint, Aftereffects, Premiere, Photoshop, Canva, etc.) and willingness to learn new software.
- Ability to communicate in English and Hindi or at least 1 other regional language.
- Time management and organizational skills.
- Strong work ethic, ability to work within timelines and attention to detail.
Preferred: - Exposure to the non-profit sector through previous experience (including internships) or otherwise.
Working Location: Pune or Mumbai - Date of Joining: Immediate
- Remuneration: As per skill and expertise.

Once we have done resume shortlisting, we will send you an assignment. We will have at least 3 Interview rounds (1 Technical, 1 Team, 1 HR). The final offer will be shared after the compensation discussion. The person will be reporting to the Lead for Graphics and Animation.
