**Job Description: Application Lead (Senior Software Developer)**
**Location:** New Delhi, India
**Experience Required:** Minimum of 4 years in software development with a focus on full-stack solutions. Strong coding skills, data analytics, and database management (MySQL, MongoDB, MSSQL). Proficiency in backend languages (Python, Java) and frontend languages (React, Node.js). Experience with DevOps practices is a plus.

**Key Responsibilities:**
– Develop full-stack solutions tailored to stakeholder needs.
– Integrate software with Large Language Models (LLMs).
– Design robust software architecture and frameworks.
– Conduct data analytics to support organizational strategies.
– Manage and maintain databases, develop cloud-native applications, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
– Ensure scalability, reliability, and utilize DevOps practices for continuous integration and delivery.
**Qualifications:**
– Bachelor’s degree in engineering from a reputable university.
– Strong background in coding, software architecture, and data science.
– Proficiency in backend languages (Python, Java) and frontend technologies (React, Node.js).
– Experience in UI/UX design using HTML and CSS.
